The Broughs was one of several infill schemes undertaken on behalf of our Client to replace ageing or derelict properties acquired through their Stock Transfer from the Local Authority. The Broughs consisted of the demolition of a single vacant detached dwelling and the construction of a flatted scheme consisting of 9Nr. apartments for Rent. We worked closely with the Contractor to overcome various logistical challenges and restricted access for plant and materials deliveries.
