The development is situated in a prominent position adjacent to junction 12 of the M27 at the gateway to Portsmouth. The existing impressive building with the full height glass atrium as its focal point is central to the proposed development.
The project will be separated into six phases to include Retail, Offices, Hotel, Leisure and Car Showroom and will take advantage of the superb lakeside position.
Situated in the lake area will be two mast mounted Wind Turbines. These are part of the projects ‘Green Policy’ to use proven technology to generate renewable energy with no carbon dioxide emissions or waste products.
