About Us
MADLIN + MADDISON is a Professional Practice of Chartered Surveyors and Construction and Property Consultants founded in London in 1951.
From its roots in traditional Quantity Surveying, the Practice has now expanded and adapted its services to respond to the ever changing and evolving property and construction market. Our principal activities now include the provision of Project Management, Client's Representative and Employer’s Agent services, Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying services and Building Surveying and CDM Co-ordination services.
Today, from offices in Surrey and London, the Practice advises on the design, construction, repair, maintenance and refurbishment of all types of property located throughout the United Kingdom.
A comprehensive range of capabilities and breadths of experience coupled with a strong commercial and managerial culture enables the Practice to adopt a prominent role in major projects.
Each project is under the direct supervision of a Partner, assisted where appropriate by an Associate, and supported by qualified personnel.
The practice is a firm regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
